How does Ledgerium count users?
Every plan includes a set number of user seats. Free includes 1 user. Starter includes 1 user. Solo includes 1 user. Team includes 5 users. Growth includes 15 users. Enterprise is custom. Anyone on your team can capture workflows using the Chrome extension, view the generated SOPs and process maps, and act on the intelligence reports.
When can my team join my Ledgerium workspace?
Free, Starter, and Solo are fully self-serve single-user plans. Team and Growth, which include the multi-user workspace and invites, are available by waitlist — email hello@ledgerium.ai. They are not sold through checkout, so you are never charged for multi-user access we cannot provision.
Can I share workflows with my team today?
Yes. Every plan (including Free) supports public sharing via link. You can share SOPs and process maps with anyone — viewers do not need a Ledgerium account. Team workspaces and shared libraries are part of the Team and Growth plans, which are available by waitlist.
What is the intelligence layer?
The intelligence layer includes bottleneck detection, friction analysis, rework pattern identification, variant path analysis, and automation opportunity scoring. It turns raw workflow recordings into actionable process improvement insights. Available on Solo and above. Starter includes basic process health scores only.
Can I try before I buy?
Two ways. (1) The Free plan gives you 5 recordings per month with SOP and process map output — no credit card required, no time limit. Markdown exports include a Ledgerium watermark. (2) Starter and Solo include a 14-day free trial when you subscribe. You enter a card up front, get full plan access immediately, and aren’t charged until day 15. Team and Growth are available by waitlist. Cancel any time during the trial from your account page or the Stripe Billing Portal to avoid all charges.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing saves 17% compared to monthly (roughly 2 months free). You can switch between monthly and annual at any time from your account settings.
What happens to my workflows if I downgrade?
Everything stays. You can still access, search, and export all your existing workflows. You just can't create new recordings beyond your plan limit.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your workflow data is stored in your workspace and never shared with third parties. All processing is deterministic and auditable. Custom retention policies and on-premise deployment for Enterprise are on the roadmap.
How is Ledgerium different from Scribe or Tango?
Scribe and Tango capture annotated screenshots — visual walkthroughs of what happened on screen. Ledgerium captures structured interaction data: timing, system context, confidence scores, and evidence traces. The result is structured process data you can diff, compare across runs, and feed into automation — not a static screenshot guide.
